Guest Post Agreement for Prologic Web Design

1. Copyright and Ownership

1.1 Ownership: The Contributor retains copyright but grants Prologic Web Design a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, distribute, and promote the content across our website, social media channels, and newsletters.

1.2 Exclusivity: Content must be original, unpublished elsewhere, and cannot be republished without prior written consent.

2. Content Submission

2.1 Content Quality: Submissions must be high-quality, well-researched, and error-free, aligning with our Guest Post Guidelines.

2.2 Right to Edit: Prologic Web Design may edit for clarity, grammar, SEO, and formatting. Major edits will be discussed with the Contributor.

2.3 No Affiliate Links: Affiliate or promotional links are not allowed unless explicitly approved.

3. Publication and Promotion

3.1 Publication Timing: Posts will be reviewed and may be published at our discretion. Responses are typically within 7–10 business days.

3.2 No Compensation: Guest posts are unpaid contributions.

3.3 Promotion Rights: Prologic Web Design may promote posts across social media, newsletters, and other platforms.

4. Links and SEO

4.1 Link Policy:

• Links must point to credible, authoritative websites.
• No affiliate or overly promotional links are permitted.

4.2 SEO Guidelines: Contributors should follow SEO best practices, using natural keywords without stuffing.

5. Content Removal

5.1 Right to Remove: Prologic Web Design may remove posts at any time, especially if content becomes outdated, irrelevant, or misaligned with editorial standards.

5.2 Notice of Removal: Contributors will be notified if content is removed. All removal decisions are final.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Accuracy of Information: Contributors are responsible for ensuring content accuracy. Prologic Web Design is not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.

6.2 Indemnity: Contributors agree to indemnify Prologic Web Design against claims, damages, or expenses from inaccurate, plagiarized, or defamatory content.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information unless written consent is provided.

8. Termination of Agreement

8.1 Breach of Terms: Prologic Web Design may terminate this agreement and remove posts if terms are violated.

8.2 Voluntary Withdrawal: Contributors may withdraw before publication. Once published, withdrawal is not allowed.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By submitting a guest post to Prologic Web Design, you confirm that you have read and understood the Guest Post Guidelines and this Agreement and agree to comply with all terms.
