1. Any order for which customer has paid advance can not be refunded after 30 days due to nature of order delivery.
2. Any customer will not be refunded if they change their mind later after we start working on their project.
3. If more than 3 email conversation started with customers, they can not ask for refund.
4. If a customer is not answering phone calls and emails, they can not ask for refund.
5. If a demo is sent to the client and client does not reply back, advance can not be refunded.
6. If project is logged into support portal, advance payments will not be refunded.
